That sounds wonderful, thanks! I have a recipe for creampuffs I'll share, if you're into that sort of thing. I don't normally do pastry but these are actually easy and *wonderful.* (Do you have an insulated cookie sheet?) If creampuffs aren't your thing I'll give you a recipe for "Sonofabitch stew", an early version of chili that real cowboys used to eat on the trail. Or dig ya' up something else; guaranteed I got something you'll like. Ugh I was SO DRUNK the other night (hey, I'm well over 21, but getting sloppy IS kinda ugly) - how bad is it? Did I ruin the whole thing? Should I just disappear? LOL - I know it's kinda funny but seriously if I screwed up my PK life entirely I'll just quietly gtfo.

Hi Anniee! Whut Up, Jersey Girl? Thanks for the friend invite. I don't prowl through here so much as to keep a close eye on my connections. Heck, I only just noticed my message board existed a few days ago! Last Night's Dinner: Veggie Enchiladas Spinach, Onion, Veggie Sausage, garlic, pepper -- wrapped in a flour tortilla w/ Cream cheese, milk, parm. Stuff a bunch onto a small cooking tray. Spread extra cheese topping on top. Bake until golden brown & yummy. Serve with white rice. Healthy. Happy. Yummy. Goodness. Peace!
