Well I did receive one from someone else so it's no longer so important. But if you want to gift it to me I can send it on to someone else trying to complete their collection. To gift items, just go to any collectible you have extras of (more than 1 in your collection) and click the gift icon. In the dialog that pops up, you can filter it down by typing a few letters and find the person you want to send to. Just click their name, then click the "Send Gift" button.
