If you look to the left side of the page you'll see some blue print - clicking on that will open up a dialogue box that emails straight to the cheezmods. If I find a copy on the vote or upcoming pages and there's a profile, I always go to the profile and then look up the LOL so I can send the URL to them. It makes it a lot easier on the mods. Otherwise, if there's no source listed I just tell them what he LOL said and what the pic was and just hope for the best. (There's also the "report as offensive" button, which removes the LOL from the vote cycle for review, but when you consider how many thousands of LOLz are done each day it really is much better to send the URL if you can.)
