Ah, an easy question : ) It's good, actually. Basic healthcare is affordable for just about everyone, and not all that basic, but pretty comprehensive. Beyond that you get what you pay for. Things like wheelchairs are in the basic package. Like everything everywhere, it is getting more expensive, of course.
