Ya we hanging in there - just got a cold snap so we know we're well into autumn now - but at least it's sunny today. C not bad at the moment - and I just found a good batter for banana fritters so we been pigging out...lol!
It's an especially good feeling when a lol with a point to it makes the jump into public rotation. Coming up with silly lines is right up my alley, but there's that kernel of truth in a few that makes the fp honor even sweeter. Know what I mean?

I was just kidding, you know. We have vipers here, tu, but we have our share of the 'good guys', like the black snakes that live under my house. They eat mice, and since we live in the woods, they earn their keep. I've heard about your big spiders, and venomous or not, you can keep them! We have one spider here that is poisonous called the black widow spider. She's very beautiful, but has a nasty bite that will eventually kill you if you don't get medical help. She loves to eat her husbands, thus her name. We are careful about where we put our hands when lifting up rocks and reaching in dark, hidey holes. How are you feeling, BTW?
