There are signs and omens all around us. Every day, everywhere we look there's something telling us what we need to know. Most of the time, we're so blinded to these signs that it takes being hit over the head with them to get through to us. I've made it a mission to pay more attention to the world around me because I don't want to miss an opportunity or a miracle. Thanks for sharing the ihasbirdienotkitty's LOL and your story. A perfect example of a small miracle just for you. How wonderful!

hey Dara! ed*d your messages about the cat. As I said..don't know her outside cheezland. Catslave I think was close to her. a lot of people have been sucked into facebook...it was like a great cheezland migration...messaging...and they have GAMES! maybe do a looksee for her there.

lol...i did the palomino thing too. i spent a huge amount of my girlhood being a horse...and am no longer embarassed to admit it. I am resolving to be much more horsey in my current life. cats like horses...i can be both!

I really did believe I was a horse there for a while. It was a wonderful feeling of freedom. I imagined myself to be a beautiful palomino with a long flowing mane and tail. Sent you an email with a story about being a horse. I understand the need to watch them and be around them. I love their soft velvety noses and the way they nuzzle your neck. Running full out, they're strength and beauty in motion.

I love this..it so captures the way I felt as a kid...especially when i was bored in school and i would imagine myself a free running horse racing across a mountainous plain. Several years ago I took horse back as one of my totems, because I needed to feel that sturdy, grounded vitality again. I go out and visit the horse farms around the area, just to watch them and hope one comes up to the fence so I can lay my hand on their strong head. Sometimes they let me lay my cheek against theirs. i always feel revitalized. I call on the herds of wild horses when I dream to take me racing again. We can recapture the dreams of our childhood!
