Hi. Back home :) I forwarded the one that didn't "stick" to Black Friday for faving. Thank you for the beautiful Solstice LOL. I did see on the news that you all were getting a lot of bad thunderstorms and hope you weathered the storms. Either wifi was nonexistent at the places we stayed or it was so slow it was not even worth using. Was a good break from all media though.
Okay, the spider part comes in because of the sticky paws. We were laughing and wondering if he would be able to crawl up the walls. I had forgotten how funny kittens are and how many weird things they get into. BTW, he does have the black stripes but you're right. I think he'll grow out of them. He's also a great little sleeping buddy. At night he wants to sleep on your head or near your face. Then he'll wake up and wander off. So we have to be extra careful and check all over the bed for him.
Fleez....too funny!!! Yeah, I don't know what going on. There seems to be lots of stuff that is not going into the right 'slots' lately. From a programming point of view, I don't know how that's happening but hey, with cheezland, it's always something!! Thanks for the faves. Glad you liked em. I had to fight the 'builder' every step of the way!!
I wish I knew. :-) No. I'm a transplant from Connecticut. Been down here 12 years this month. It's kind of hard to have your own pool when you live in an apartment complex. There is one, but I will nawt go in there. I'm kind of freaky that way. o_O
Well, it's not what I would call "country" but he's not inside a town either. There are other houses on the street where he lives. He was on one of those California highways, kind of out where there's not much traffic, but a highway. It had side roads that dump right on to it and that's where the other driver came from I think. Some wonderful friends came and built him a wheel chair ramp so he can push himself into his house. The wife can help some, she's ill in other ways. He's a strong man and if given a board to slide upon, he can move himself from the bed to wheelchair and back. They may have to get a potty apparatus for awhile as the bathroom wouldn't be doable. He says he'll go around the house outside and into his backyard for bathing. LOL...he did it last year on the porch but then he had one good leg. No way around it. It's gonna be difficult. No, there's really no one unless some friends rally around. I'm praying for that to happen. Believe me, if I were closer I'd practically LIVE over there helping them both out! Sigh...2,000 miles is a BIT far to commute.
