Thanks, Touta--I was well enough to go to my in-laws' for Christmas and make/bring a side-dish, but I still have draining sinuses, which is very annoying. It can take me like 3 weeks to totally get rid of all my cold symptoms. I'm just grateful I only get these colds 1-2 times a year, usually when the weather is changing seasons, like winter/spring or summer/fall. The rest of the time all I have to deal with is allergies, mostly food-related and nothing like this serious.
