NCcharmer will be FINE. We both grew up near/on the coast & know what to do & whether or not we'll be safe. Depending on the structure I was in, I'd be on the coast in a minute. But yeah, it's tough when it's someone you like & you don't know what's going on......I'm the same way. Wanna share my padded room?
I think I worry more when it affects others then if I was involved. When I'm far away from someone then I worry about them. NCcharmer's going to get hit, but she's ready & not worried, so I kno I shouldn't be. Maybe it's crazy....but then I've always said I was. LOL
They need to scare some of the peeps cos they've never been in one & haven't got a CLUE what to expect. I grew up in FL & it was a way of life to sock-away water in clean milk jugs, keep oil lamps & stuff like that. I always had a hurricane survival pack when I lived there......
I just have to add some money to my itune account and then I'm buying the album. I never heard him before. Now I'm really enjoying his songs. Boy I'm finding & learning a lot from this place & my Cheezfrends!
I actually downloaded Catnipping Green from iTunes onto my iTouch, I thought it was such a great song. When I saw a video with it I just thought it would be nice to have it on catnippinggreen, just so peeps can here the song associated with the site. Hope Winnie can find some use for it. Thanks for faving it.
*sniffle/sob* What a beautiful tribute to a wonderful kitteh. I'm going to fave it as Catnipping Green & let Winnie know that it just *fits* there, even though the guy isn't a cheezpeep (to my knowledge). She may have a better way to display it, but it's gonna be there in some form. Thank you.
Lil' Miss Kizzy (my Manx) has been into EVERYTHING lately!! My cable remote won't work the volume on my tv. I just got an HDTV a couple of months back & haven't been arsed to get the remote re-programmed. Hopefully, they didn't order one of those $99 sporting events!!! *gasp*
I luv yur 'cautionary tale' lolz. I'm glad there are others who have cats who take over the TV. We used to come back home and find the TV on & loud! Thought the house was haunted and was blaming the spirit of my Dad.....till I spotted our cat wiggling her butt on the remote. LOL
So far, so good on the Moanday. I'm not a big fan of them. *snicker* My hedgie was a busy guy, moving the stuff all around too. Guess some of them like a change now & then! I loved to put him down on the floor & let my kittehs check him out. They'd never harm him, but they sure were fascinated by him! I'd love to have another one someday......
It'z great to meet another hedgie-lover. We had 3 little sweethearts, the last crossed the Bridge 3 yrs ago this month. I miss them all, they gave us so many laughs. One, Champagne, was an Apricot Hedgie. Very cute creamy colour. She was an Interior Decorator. Every morning I'd find her bed, food, toys in a different spot. Haven't figured out how such a tiny girl could move a big Tonka Dump Truck that we had for her to play on. LOL Enjoy the joy of yur FP, yu definitely deserved it. Hope yur Monday isn't going too bad for yu. LOL Take carez!
Ohai!! You had hedgies? I used to have a hedgie & loved him a lot. He crossed the Bridge a long time ago, but I still miss him. Thanks for the conga-rats on my fp! Was my first & I'm still reeling from the shock! LOL!
