I'm not a prude, but how disgusting is that? My tolerance is really running low today. When I started here, I was having so much fun even though I didn't actively participate in making LOLs at first. I admired the ones who made them and thought what a great site it was. I "screwed my courage to the sticking place" and made a few myself. They weren't great, but a few people got a laugh so it was worth it. Now, I'm just tired of all the supposed "improvements". I don't want to lose my friends here. Knowing I can come here at the end of my day, and they'll be here keeps me going some days. Thanks for listening to my "boo hoo" rant. Hugs, Linda (wally01)
I saw your message about the new way of doing things. I don't use this word much because I don't like it, but I HATE it. I was just getting the hang of doing things when they pull the rug out from under me! I'm disgusted with the whole shooting match. The main draw for me here is my friends. The rest is just a mess. Belated congratulations on your fabulous "Free Bird" FP, Greencliff! Forgive me, but I don't check all the Front Pages these days and I'm still adjusting to the latest updates. Anyhoo, love your latest FP and just wanted to tell you so! Hope everything's goin' great in your world. Hugs~
You seem to know a lot abt navigating the Internet. My question is - on my Dell PC, I used to get a notice & a little chime when I had a new e-mail. How do I get that again? Can I get a different symbol and/or sound for diff. accts? I have 3 yahoo e-mail accts & quite often have at least 2 open at the same time using Google, IE, &/or Safari. We are blessed in that I get my Internet through our WVDNR phone service, (but pay for the Internet myself) so the only way the phone co. would add Internet was dial-up (which would have tied-up/blocked WVDNR calls) or the highest speed Internet - which is what I chose & am billed for. (We use our own phone cards to make personal long-distance phone calls.) BTW, we live on a WVDNR Wildlife Management Area where the "office" is in one of the Wildlife Manager's Residence bedrooms. Thanks for your time & any help.
