Thanks for looking for a thermometer for me. Here, I'm hanging in there but I've been better. I'm still healing from my sprained ankle, and my cold turned into bronchitis, so I'm feeling awful. Saturday, Doc said that he thinks my Tigger may have lung cancer. I won't know until the tests come back Tuesday. I'm so scared and sad. If you wouldn't mind, could you please pray for my Tigger? Thank you. *hugs* Robin

Ohai JAGFan! I hope this finds you doing well. Currently I'm searching for a Thermometer - it's the last retired collectible I need, and I would really like to finally complete my Dr. TinyCat collection so I can get back to enjoying the lolz instead of chasing down retired collectibles. If you come across anyone with an extra thermometer, could you please let me know or send them my way? I'd greatly appreciate it! kthaxbi!

Yes, I DO!!!! I haven't got ANY yet, none, zip, zilch, the big goose egg! Maybe they are mad at me for giving away too many a day, instead of just one....but I get other old things, like a bath and weights, so........And why do they make me able to give away more than one a day if thats the limit? They should police it by making the system not allow me to give away more than one.....hmmph, you don't just leave it to CPs honesty rule, because some over-zelous CP(like me) will always want to help CPs out all the time...so there.(sticks out tounge) And I really tried to keep to the one-a-day rule, I just forgot about it like, 8 hours later when I got a FR, and looked to see what they needed, and sent the item w/out remembering about the one a day rule, I just forgot!!MoS.

Wow, that's odd. I'm learning new things all the time, I never knew you'd get a message if someone deleted you. ?? I'm sending my extra's out, and some peeps have lots of items, no friends, no messages(like me, before they retired the series) I don't know if they KNOW they can trade/gift them, and I want to tell them it's OK, you can send FRs to people too, even if you don't KNOW them, but I don't wanna sound forward, so I just send something they need, and say enjoy. If they respond, fine, if not, oh, well. I think that's great to wait until you actually EARN your invisible trophy your very own self. It makes things last longer. notquitesure got her elusive dress herself, out of the blue!! I couldn't believe it!! That was so cool!! She's so lucky. MoS

Thank you, thank you(takes a bow)I'd like to thank all the little people who helped me attain this glorious feat(blows kisses) because without you I'd have never made it to where I am today(accepts the roses handed to me) and......oh wait, that was my Oscar acceptance speech:) I do want to honestly thank you for accepting my FR. I saw some poor CPs who sent out FR got nasty messages returned(see my comment on the new Year Resolutions Collectable blog)......shudder, I'm glad I didn't FR peeps like that , it would have hurt my feelings, even though I know I shouldn't let it. Naptime collectable!!!!, isn't that great!! MoS

Haha, my sn is one I've been using for everything for, oh...8 years now? (I feel old suddenly) I was signing up for an account somewhere and was hard pressed to think of a good sn. Hence I was notquitesure and it stuck. Thanks for the tip. It's really funny that I even found some of the harder ones at all like the thermometer and the invisible trophy. (the karot i traded for). I used to not even notice the collectibles and since I've started trading, I realized how lucky I was! I do log in just about every day, but I guess I just haven't been getting lucky recently. C'est la vie. Happy hunting!

I hope my missive didn't come on too strong, I just feel strongly about this issue, kindness and human generosity that sometimes I go overboard. I wasn't critisizing you about your bio, plz, plz plz know that I understand privacy and applaud it, and I certainly wasn't trying to tell you to fill it out,but wanted to use that as an example that good people will shine, fortunately for us all. Some CPs say they won't friend someone who has an empty bio, all I can say is I'm glad I didn't have that attitude, otherwise I wouldn't have sent you a FR. Of course my greed(O.K. obsession) for Dr. Tiny Cat's items put that to rest!!!! Maybe I take this too seriously, after all, I can't even LOL-speak good! So what kind of a CP am I?:) I don't type fast so I have to think about what I'm trying to say....I think to the good. Anyways...put any fears you may have had to rest, I'm not a stalker, 'cept for Dr...oh well, you know..have a great day!!! MoS

Hi Jag, thanks again for the band aid. I'm still new to the collectibles hunt. I've actually been pretty lucky lately filling in my missing spots, but I seem to be hitting a dry spell in finding them on my own. Since you seem to have so many, I was wondering if you've figured out any pattern or method of finding them? Just curious. Thanks!

Since I don't have a clue as to who you are by your bio ;) I can only say you must be an extremley generous giving wonderful person inside! That was SO kind of you to give notquitesure your bandaid in return for nothing! And helping me by keeping your eye out for my thermometer instead of others of us are hoarding our retired's for other hard-to find items or just keeping all their extras greedily to themselves. You are the best example of human gererosity I have come across on this site,(and in real-life, sadly) in a long time. I wish they had an award I could give you for "Bestest Selfless Gesture by one Cheezfren to another Cheezfren" Hmmmmm Maybe I'll speak to Randy about it, that might be a good idea, and there may be other such gestures found in ICHC, more than I know. This will at least make a good "It Made My Day MMD" story, so you watch out for your name in print!!! or...electronic light....or something...:) because I'm gonna send them your story and it's definately fit for I

Yep, last night. I made bunches of frens! Like you, I hope!!! I'm a BB(baby boomer) so the idea of having (cheez) friends all over the world is so exciting! Growing up in Michigan, relatives would call "long-distance", Mom'd call everyone in the house to the phone in an excited voice "It's your Uncle, hurry up"after a few excited minutes of talking Mom would say "Hurry Up, your brother needs to talk to him too" like it was a major event, which it was to us!!! Times change....it's funny. But not as funny as these hilarious pic's!!! Love this site, I'm glad they retired the collectibles, it prompted me to make lots of new frens!! Please do keep your eye out, and I'm sorry I don't have any extras you need:( ThxKBi(not very good at LOL-speak, I'm an English major, so it's painful!) Smokey's Mom

Hai new Cheezfriend! Pleased to meet you. I'd love to trade collectibles if there's anything of mine you'd be interested in. Though you seem to have everything I have and more. I must say I'm quite jealous of your Tiny Cat collectibles. A donated stethescope or bandaid would be greatly appreciated. :)
