The other day we saw a beach rescue team in action in that area on tv. The tides are really much too rough for any sensible person to be trying to swim. I'd imagine it would be the cross currents of the pacific and Indian oceans. Very dramatic. Also a woman(bacteriologist) who worked with my husband several years ago went to that area to study the penguins just as an adventure. Very interesting.
Which part of Australia? I was talking with a gal from the Perth area recently. So many frenz here I don't remember who it was.
Intrigued by "still married" Was there a doubt you would be? I'm still married after 52 years but mostly by default. Too lazy to change. new kittens are so amazingly fun. My girls, sisters in crime, are 13 years old now.
