My favourite bit with the rescue cats, was training the feral kitties to trust humans. There was a great sense of satisfaction in turning a hissing, spitting, scratching, furball into a contented purring lap cat that could then get a home. It was worth all damage they inflicted. WOOOOOW the 2012 Calendar!!! Congratulations they deserve it, they are sooooo cute! We only have 2 these days, a red Aby male and a medium haired Norti Torti Moggy. Plus a very old female German Shepherd. We used to have lots of rescue dogs and cats, but we have stopped doing that because I wont outlive them. We have garanteed homes for all 3 but it wouldn't be fair to take on any more.
