WOW what a garden that will be!! I'm growing collards for the first time this year...our local greenery finally got the seeds! Any advice for me? Oh and if you have a great salsa recipe I'd sure love to get it somewhere down the road when it's canning season. I usually can my tomatoes with salt, garlic, onion,gr peppers, oregano and basil so it wouldn't be much of a stretch to do some salsa. Happy gardening Sweetiepie!!! Hi to those precious little bunnies!!!
You and me too!! Once I get started out there it's hard to stop for the day when I seem that much closer to finishing! We don't have enough garden to plow so I dig down about 12" and turn the ground with a shovel...remove any new weeds startin'. Horseplow would be great! They'd fertilize and plow at the same time!! I sure hope that consistent warmth comes soon. I have germinated so many vegs seeds and they're sittin' in the window, in pots now, growin' like crazy! It must be nice to garden in warmer climes where the season is much longer, eh? One could afford to start by just putting the seeds in the ground! When you get a chance let me know what you grow there... in the meantime I'd better get outside...the day's awastin'!! Chat with ya later!!!
