When I was helping CogKiller199, he had a bunch of CFs who were not in the same, familiar circle as my usual CFs. When I went to their coll. lists, a *lot* of them had *many* extra colls. (inc. the more rare ones) just sitting on the page. You might look that way.

I'm still working on your list - altho I'll be off & on today. I have most on hold for a cuz & CF of one of my CFs. She came into ICHC late & needs a whole lot. I asked if she would FR me so that I could send them directly. I should know by Mon. abt what to send to her. Also, another FR CF has moved & can't get onto the Internet yet in her new home. Right now I'm relaying colls to her through another CF. That's where some of the extras on your list went, because I had already promised them to her. (Purrito, LongCat, PaddleBall, You Make Bunny Cry, Inv. Guitar, & Yarn) I just hadn't sent them yet. I have some potential donors of the ones you need, so I'll try to get them to you.

Back for a few min. before going off to major house-cleaning & procrastinated paperwork. Do you still need some colls? If so, which ones & for whom? I may already be CFs with them & be able to send the needed colls. directly. jlandis sent several of her extras to me yesterday. (See my msg to Hot.Tea abt relaying colls.) I should be on later tonight - unless I get really into sewing for pleasure. That's something I haven't done for a long time & I miss it.

BTW, I have req. the 2 Yaris that Parmelaide needs for her Club82 from another CF. When/if I get them, I'll send them on to you. I understand *very well* abt. P's situation. I'm still wrangling w. our state's teachers' ret. sys. abt my medical ret. which all my med. specialists & family dr. say was necessary. Meanwhile, I have had my own 2000 Ford F-150 sitting in the driveway, needing $2000+ work on it, Plus other expenses involved w. Hubby's imminent retirement & moving from the WMA to our own place.

*If*our utilities & Internet stay on through the next 24 hr., I'll be back on & see if I can help with any for *those 3*. I agree w. you. At least he could have graciously said - as some have - "Thanks, but no thanks!" or as Catsuberelles told me when I asked mutual CFs btwn myself & BGCmeowrrr for help w. her colls "It's just not my bag. I dumped my extras in CFs' laps." Either of those ways were just fine - let us know early, but wasn't rude about it. If you have a CF that needs the ones that I sent for FuzzBeast that you hadn't already sent on to him, send them on to that CF. If not, just send them back my way. BTW About 2 yrs ago, I had a "CF" that *did* have my e-mail address. Out of the blue, he started a total rage on me - both on ICHC & by e-mail. I *still* have no idea what it was about & it inc. *many curse words* - especially on e-mail. It just totally blindsided me, especially since we had communicated back & forth for several months. My first thought was that I was just going to take my profile down & not participate in ICHC. (I'm not very good at "just let it roll like water off a duck's back.") Thank goodness for real CFs. I even had several phone me w. support as well as e-mails & posts on ICHC. Several of them also contacted ICHC & the guy. (I'm now a sr. citizen, but then he was into the sr. citizen years & some suggested that he might have had a medical/psy problem.) As well as copying his e-mails for my own records, I sent copies of anything he sent to me on to ICHC. I blocked his e-mails, & unfriended him as did several CheezPeeps - some of whom weren't even my CFs at the time. Anyhow, it's like working w. the public. You can have 99 people be fantastic, then that last one seems to ruin your attitude toward all for a bit. Just keep coming back to how nice 99% of CFs are. {{{hugs}}}}
I Eded that you're helping 3 CFs w. colls. Would one of the other 2 - besides FuzzBeast - also be a CF of mine? If so, I could directly help. If not, I could look for something to send through you. I saw that you asked James for some colls for those CFs, so I won't ask him for any for FuzzBeast.
I'm still looking for things for FuzzBeast. Right now, I don't have anything "extra" he needs that isn't promised. So, I'll keep on looking. I want to respond to your last msg, but I absolutely *have* to get some sleep! BTW, what time is it now for you? I have 5 digital clocks on my sidebar that show times across North America & aroungd the world where family, friends, & CFs live & work, but I can't add any more clocks. Right now, even if I looked it up on the Internet, the pluses & minuses, would have me cross-eyed. I've figured that it's Monday morn. for you, but that's as far as my calculations will go.
I've sent a few things to her just now. I understand about the feeling that some FRs may be just temporary... but not even for the sake of collectibles will I FR anybody I wouldn't want to be friends with anyway. Somebody could have the biggest collection ever, but if it meant my DB would be flooded with lols that make me uncomfortable, I wouldn't FR that person or accept a FR from him/her. This whole thing has given me a good reason to review the people who have been on my list for a long while, though, and I realize some of them haven't been on the site for a year or more, never mind communicating with me. So I've done a bit of pruning to make room for the people in the here and now.
The problem is that I just don't know what they need & I'm too sleepy to go back over their colls. pages. Hopefully, OHGramyIO will accept my FR. Then, she'll come up when I click on the extra gift icon. I thought that we probably have some things in common, beginning w. grands. I just don't want to add a lot of CFs when I have a lot more than I can keep up conversations w. now. Also, I don't want to go through FR now, & then "unfriending" after the Collectibles Feeding Frenzy.
