You know what Kerry. Most people cannot afford dental care for their pets and I was damn sorry I put Camille through a teeth cleaning when the vet talked me into it. It didn't slow the tooth decay of old age....nor did using a hard dental care kibble in combo with her other foods. Camille was so sick after being put under anasthesia to have her teeth cleaned. Of course, being her, she played the guilt up. She refused to let me clean her teeth in any manner though I have friends who have had some success using a thin strip of rough cloth like terry and using a tuna flavored cleanser. Most things that people need to do hygenically for their cats need to be started when they are kittens...that includes teeth cleaning, baths, nail clipping....or non hygenic, like going for rides in cars or using a harness to go for walkies. Even still, kittens started out like that often reject the routines as they get older because cats are the most wonderful, stubborn, self willed beasties in the

We should set up a time to talk about the homeopathy. Need to do it on the phone so I can ask some questions...what I will try and do is have you use my loggin to my homeopathy meteria medica site. Have no idea if it will allow me to be signed in on two different computers at the same time but we can try. Sunday in the afternoon is good for me, Monday night possible. Sis is planning on taking car away from folks before she leves and guess who gets stuck with aftermath. Rip likes Tiger....a lot....seems bemused by the kits... loves camille..like that is a surprise..but Tig is not being jealous

I know it is....and apparently mamagwyn's Tiger is trying to convince Rip to take his medicine. Camille is assisting....by at least amplifying the energy work and not telling Rip to stick to his guns. We are trying to keep the kitten squad away they have discovered the ability to travel and visit. Oy!

rofl......at least he is coming for snuggs sometimes...and is getting better. will resume the energy work on him...it was helping before. The big fud fite and the eventual i am not coming out of hifing campaign was how Camille finally won her way....no vet, just Betsy. Will get back to you on the homeopathy after things settle....am doing a parent weekend and things are ...well...things are.

By the way, do you know they have revised the safest place to be in an earthquake is curled on the floor next to a large piece of furniture. If anything like walls, bookcases or ceiling falls it will partially be supported by the furniture and it will create an airpocket as well. Rescuers going into caved in buildings have seen time after time that people under tables, doorjambs.....the traditional safe places are often killed. People and animals curled next to beds, sofas, easy chairs often survived. I used to work in a wine shop.....I know all too well the smell of large amounts of wine bottles broken.

Knowledge is always power when it is good knowledge....lotta hooey out there too. I will make sure I send you the info on any of the homeopathics.

my niece is in san Diego.....been waiting to hear from sister if anya is ok.....don't know how sturdy her apartment is...but the kid grew up in the San Francisco Bay area. Lol...she vowed to live east coast and get away from quakes...until she met the Boston winter. Proud of her, she is a pediatric ICU doc and will be getting a specialty in cardiology as well soon.

i so understand. still...it was the homeopathy that kept camille with me so long....she refused all vet treatments....one "temp" vet told me I should "put her down" if I wasn't going to be responsible enough to treat her.....my god.... catching her was such a chore and she was sooo bright...she caught on to all the tricks. We were miserable....she wouldn't come near me at all. When our reg vet came back from vacation, she said she always called Camille Ms fiesty.....and that she was one of those cats that were "untreatable" except for the occassional vet visit for worming or shots....and catching her for those! OMG!

hey.....I *ed8 from doomie that you got through the quake ok......but honestly...holding up fishtanks during a .7? You guys have been taking lessons in panache from the ripper, would still like to help with homeopathy, but understand if you prefer trad vet stuff.

By tookat on Mar 23, 2010 at 12:25 AM

Ps.....I have all the essences and the correct remedies and potencies he needs as well as those to prevent the other kitties from cathing this. I can afford to send these to you.

By tookat on Mar 23, 2010 at 12:23 AM

Kerry! Are you still there? My guides who have been directly with Ripper say the energy work we are doing is working and he is somewhat stronger....would love to have some confirmation. We can "see" the organism in him and have been attacking it....but would like to send you homeopathy and floral essences for him because Kitties are so very good at self medicating when given the correct the remedies. I kept Camille going for three years after being diagnosed with kidney disease and seven yrs after thyroid disease by using essences and homeopathy. I had to give up on anything the vet gave me because she refused to be medicated and took to hiding and running away from all human contact....refused food or water with the allopathic drugs...but given 8 ramikens with homeopathics and three with floral essences....it was fascinating too see how each day different ones would be lower than others She was close to 23, blind, happy and bossy til the day she slipped into sleep.

oh ewww! can't he find a better place...like a tub out in the garage or something? I can smell the fish from here. When I was little mom would get live fish from the Jewish market. She didn't always have them nix the fish....if she was getting ready to do a big batch of gefilte fish or something. Thank heavens it wasn't too often.

By tookat on Feb 24, 2010 at 8:10 PM
