Hi! :-) warm and fuzzies to hear from you! No, my disability is worsening so my darling and bestest cuddler is leaving shortly to live w/3 other doxies. I has a sad. A huge sad. I prepaid the holistic vet for a few more visits to keep her spine in good repair. New mom said I didn't have to, but yes, I did. *sniffle*. I love this lady - she's healthy enough and experienced enough to care for my dog's boo-boo and her attitude both :-) as hers share simliar challenges. I can still care for my two large dogs but faced that after a life of K9s, when these cross the rainbow bridge, I can't have anymore. I'll be that 'crazy' lady petting every dog I see on the street in a few years ;-) How is the summer starting out for you? Are there pix of your new darling? I agree - paper training is better than nothing! Where did you find her/him?

Ohai! I can't do it. I can't find a home for my doxie, Putzi. Too big of a rip in the heart. She knows, too, the brat! I think when I find my camera again I'll have to do a few LOLz about that bratty doxie and how smug she is knowing that mama can't do w/o her. My lab can't do without her, either. Putzi is a brat, but she's my brat and my heart has to outrule my head on this one 0_0. Sigh... a mother's lament LOL.

oh you DO know your doxies! :-) Mischievous for sure is my lil wirehair. Such a sweet heart cuddler, too. Unfortunately, as it breaks my heart, I've started looking for a good home for her. Since I moved a few months ago, she refuses to not piddle in the house. Crate use doesn't matter, she waits til she's free and purposely does it. I am physically unable to continually clean the carpets behind her and its getting embarrassing and $, too. Only dog that I've failed to reach. She's my first dog in 50 yrs that I've surrendered on purpose. [The only other time I had to - I was moving overseas and made sure that dog had a fine home to retire to - he was too ancient to travel and an elderly couple took him in, so it was a win! He was 120 lbs, baritone woof, but gentle as a lamb and never needed a leash, so they got security system and he got lotsa love. ] I love that doxie, but I fail her. :-( My other 2 k9s will be heartbroken too, she is the defacto pack leader. ugh - on to happier items...love the 'hotdogs' LOL you made! Hilarious! LOL
