I've always known there was a warm and fuzzy in there :) Softie snark. I did not realize how busy an alter boy was. Not much time to get in trouble :) Did you go to a Chatholic school also?

I keep getting a vision of Grumpy Cat in alter boy robes ROFL There must be an LOL in there somewhere. Oh yes, in Germany we used to walk from housing onto post in the snow to go to midnight mass. Dad was Catholic (very lapsed) and that was the only time of the year he stepped inside a church. There was a lot of singing and less sermonizing. My philosophy is that one can never, ever overdo Christmas :) Only comes once a year and we take everything down and pack it away the day after Christmas so only have 2 weeks to enjoy it. Glad your Mom has you to celebrate with. I never had a stocking as Mom was German and they didn't do that and Dad was 2d gen Yugoslavian, also no stockings. So deprived. Sigh :)

That is cilly for you. Get out that hoodie :) We've managed to stay snow free for awhile now but frosty at night. I love mountains and the other day when we are out and about all the mountains towards the west were snow covered and clear as a bell with a bright blue sky background. Took my breath away. Dad was in the Army and we lived in quarters a lot. In Germany they were these big 3 story project-like buildings so we could only decorate windows too. Dad would string a line and Mom would hang bulbs and I would hang the tinsel. I still have some ornaments from when I was a child and I treasure those. Do you he a favortie Christa chikdhood memory?

Glad you liked the virtual goodies :) Low key is good but a few decoratons are very cheery. Kick back with a glass of something and watch the lights. Bryan really loves lights and he puts a lot of stuff out in the yard. Super windy here today but nothig like what they got on the coast.

Oh yes, with a big glass of cold milk! I taste tested each one one of these personally. Enjoy :) All the cookies made, cards mailed, house decorated and since we don't exchange prezzies among the adults in the family (gkids get money) no shoppig stress except Costco. Have to make a trip today to get some stuff for a little party we are having Sat and it likely will be crowded so will try to get there when it opens. Do you do any decorating like orange boughs over the mantle ) http://cheezburger.com/8397963776

All good here. Been in a cookie making frenzy. Now if I could just stop taste testing each batch :) Staying home for the hollydaze? We are and it will be a quiet one as son, gal pal and gkids going to Mexico with friends. Just having Bryan's bro, nephew and MIl. We had a huge T Day so this wll be way more low key and relaxing.
