I know that kind of problem. I work in IT myself and often I have to fix problems of 2 morons that came before me. I think I'll go amish. Less technology = less stress :D
That's how my store is too. We don't always come out on top but we are all great friendly people who are all friends with eachother. It's a great work environment.
