"change for work!" LOL!!!!

By Molly_B on Jan 24, 2012 at 5:30 AM

Please forgive the cut and paste. The other day I spotted a (kind of) contest for short films on the theme of Metamorphosis, with only a couple of days left before the deadline. So needing to come up with something I could do very quickly - and having quite a few dolphin pictures left over from the last video - I did a very short animation called If Dolphins Had Day Jobs. http://youtu.be/aDluGI1yjHg

Thanks for sharing. Mr. Woodham plus props and archival photos are a LOL combination every time.

Please forgive the "copied and pasted" message. This one was made for a challenge in which I had to make a film in one week with the title: "Dolphin in a Coma," and was screened at Kino London on Thursday night as part of the London Short Film Festival. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kO2qFvgnc9I

Thanks! You're on a roll!

Sorry, just one more (made last night) and then I'll stop, I promise. ;) http://youtu.be/Y3AGN96NlD0

You had even MORE holiday hassles in your kitchen? This is definitely a Christmas to remember! If you have opened the Christmas crackers, I guess I'll read about that in online news (video would be better).

I'm afraid I couldn't resist making another (very short) video of our Christmas dinner. ;) http://youtu.be/pgvooAic0Go That's the last for a while now, I promise. ;)

By buyerbware on Dec 25, 2011 at 10:48 AM

Thank you - it is great, and you helped to make it that way.

And the blasted thing is *still* in the oven! I'm off to watch the Christmas Doctor Who in a minute - to take my mind off of how hungry I am ;) - so by for now and have a great Xmas.

heh heh! Thank you for that. I prefer crispy, too. : 7 )

Merry Christmas! (And yes, that really is my Christmas dinner in the video.) http://youtu.be/L5hThiyyizE

I guess they didn't know what "Coyo haseo" meant when they ordered it! I like the big eyeball wipe and "Oh, dad!!!!" And now in LOLspeak: MOAR FILMS FOR UR OAN GUD AN MR. WOODHAM, PLEEZ!

I *think* I sent you this through youtube, but I had more than one browser window open and signed out of youtube in one window before I hit "send" in the other, so I'm not sure if it actually went or not. Just in case: http://youtu.be/iL068DXRb7Q

ANOTHER PUBLIC INFORMATION FILM! WOOHOO!!!!!!!!!

By Molly_B on Dec 2, 2011 at 3:47 AM

I'm glad Brian Blessed made you laugh; I wasn't sure he'd be that well-known outside the U.K. BTW, that Santa animation you sent was lovely. (I briefly toyed with the idea of making The Last Santa a nice, gentle, traditional Christmas story. But then I thought: nah, I don't do "nice.") I've already shot the next video - you'll be happy to know it's another public information film ;) - and must now disappear for a few weeks to edit it.

Here's a very different kind of Santa video. Thanks to Jiskat for sharing. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8LZpBjnOMYY

Thanks for the link. That was hilarious. When I saw the name "Brian Blessed" come up on the screen, I nearly fell off my chair!

Thanks for the link to the "sitting on Santa musical." Here's the video I've been working on, which also has a Santa theme. A few weeks ago I accepted another one of those challenges where you have to make a film with whatever title they pulled from a hat, and this time the title the hat produced was: "The Last Santa." http://youtu.be/f8jA5hpIKAc

Thanks. That's one I did for the ghost story weekend just before Christmas, and it was a history front page a few months later. I have no idea why I got an email about it being on the front page of the Just Capshunz site yesterday when it was nowhere to be seen. Probably just a glitch! ;)

Hope this link works. http://justcapshunz.icanhascheezburger.com/?s=scary+stories

By Molly_B on Aug 2, 2011 at 9:20 PM

I've just had another look but I still can't see anything of mine on the just capshunz site. Maybe they put something up briefly and then took it down again. Oh well, there are more important things to worry about in life. ;) Thanks, anyway.

Might want to mute the music. These are just odd. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=coT6evwqSW0&NR=1&feature=fvwp

"Scary Stories All Start Out Basically the Same" is your LOL, but I can't get the link to work.

By buyerbware on Aug 2, 2011 at 4:39 PM

I'm finding errors, too. This is the best I can do since the site does not have your username in its search engine. Here's the site. http://justcapshunz.icanhascheezburger.com/

I've had an email from cheezburger notifying me I've had a just capshuns FP, plus your congratulatory woo-hoo (for which: thanks as always) but the url in the cheezburger email just leads to an error message, and on looking at the just capshuns site just now, I can't see anything of mine there. Since you congratulated me on it, I assume you must have seen the lol in question. Any chance you could point me towards wherever it might be? (If there *is* anything of mine there, it'll be something old!)
