Save image to a file on your desktop. Go to your profile page and click on "edit picture". This will take you to another page that will allow you to 'browse' images. Click on "browse" and that should give you the option of pulling an image from your C drive. Go into whatever file name you saved the image under, click on that image then click on "open". Then, once that file name is in the blank space, click "upload". Once that is done, you should be able to save and close and the chosen image should show up as your new profile pic. Good luck.
