Nestlé, since you mentioned them specifically, is nasty all around. A simple search will yield all sorts of articles on how they destroy the rainforests to manufacture so-called "Health and Wellness" products.
Hi Nippy. I could only read the first few paragraphs of the water article you sent a link about. Between blood pressure and nausea I had to leave off after that. I did get far enough to see this from Brabek: “people believe that everything that comes from Nature is good.” ***Obviously*** that's not true, seeing as Mr. Brabek comes from nature, too. So... how about we corporatize him, too? That hot air he's blowing is a valuable resource, after all. We could run a gazillion turbines with it, you know...
Corporate philosophies generally do not coincide with the well being of people or the planet. However, as a people, we leave a large footprint buying all the products that make our life easier but contribute to global warming, draw down of water reserves, cutting of forests for ever more houses (trees being one of our only natural CO2 devourers) and any number of things. Hard to find a good compromise :(
YIKE!!! It has been said that if they could privatize the atmosphere they would. Good! They can roasty toast in the New Climate Disorder! We'll all dig cool soothing basements to live in with our own air filters and play poker with our dogs.
