Hello, new ICHC friend! We live in a rural, mountainous area of WV - not on a farm, but on a WVDNR Wildlife Management Area in the middle of thousands of acres of forest. We do have our own place - also abt. 80 acres, and will move back there on retirement. Right now, we only have my GSD, Nik. Our younger son & I used to have horses - his a purebred black quarter horse mare, & mine an unregistered paint gelding. When both sons decided to go to UWyo., we gave them a year to decide whether or not to move the horses. They decided not, and we found that our GSD breeder, also a horse lover, was interested, so they moved to another loving home. Happy T Day holiday to you & yours. :)
