ED eh? When did I become the guru on the mountain-top? <g> Not sure what the topic is, but FYI I'm not adding people for the foreseeable future. Not making a big deal about that fact - I notice it doesn't do anyone any good - rather, I'm letting requests "lie fallow." Don't even bother to process [by clicking one button or the other]...am at a low ebb lately and "don't feel like."
Ohai! The lol was after #3708290816 (http://cheezburger.com/View/3708290816) and before #3713426688 (http://cheezburger.com/View/3713426688). No luck mousing over; another "apostrophe-truncated" pop-up. All you can see is "it," so the first word likely was "it's." How Python-esque. Where's Michael Palin when you need him? Evenin', M'Lady.
Ohai there! I'm on the iffiest of poached WiFi connections. Didn't think I'd be able to get on again for almost a week, but after tonight that's pretty much assured. Thanks for the compliment, that's quite a comparison! Too kind. ** Thank you for the other wishes, not a celebrant, have a good Sunday. I keep my religious references infrequent and non-denominational, and my affiliation private. Be well, CUl8r.
'allo M'Lady across the pond! I'm currently traveling, using an iffy "poached" WiFi connection for the moment. A few months ago I started a blog comprised of "filks," AKA song parodies, based on ICHC members' profiles. Very imaginatively named "Profile-Lols," the link is at the bottom of my ICHC profile. Right before leaving home, I created a very ambitious "Profile-Lol" including references to over fifty [50!] members, to include yourself. It's here: http://tinyurl.com/ICHCheezRama Some people's names are truncated a bit - um, including yours, sorry! - and the last two stanzas are a bit strained...oops. Oh well, it's all in fun. It takes a sharp "mind's ear" to follow it all, I would not be the least bit insulted if you said the parody "goes right over the head" of your generation. Pip, pip, cheerio! (Can't resist!) "Talk" to you later.
btw, I'm even more extreme on the subject of premature adulthood in the female human. Consider the "Potter Trio" publicity appearances. Rupert Grint invariably dresses like a shlump. (Slovenly.) Radcliffe needs a better tailor - 'nuff said. Watson looks like the cover of a magazine. Why this bright young woman feels compelled to dress and coif her hair the way she does is a mystery to me. (OK, not a complete mystery. But if I had any influence...)
