Thnx PB! It does seem to get a little weird with these instant-repeat pictures sometimes. Sort of falls into the "First World Problems" category, though, compared with some of the stuff that's happened around here since the year started, yes? ;)

Great comment on the 10pm LOL, Lungdoc. Unfortunately for the rest of us, we're a bit spent on trying to be fresh for pictures that are hardly off the table before they are served up again. I wrote to Tofu today to point it out and asked if they can fix the problem. Cheers, mate.

Good to hear the finger is better! (Hurty fingers are a special aggravation wif all teh littlol extra touch-adn-pain nerves and the tightness of the finger-pad space that doesn't allow much room for swelling befoar it startz to hurt! Hard to type wiffit, too, aifinkso.)

Thx, Lungdoc. The bite has almost cleared up after 10 or so days so I don't think I've got an infection. I washed and disinfected the wound within a few seconds after the bite and although it was uncomfortable the surrounding flesh did not even go red or swell so I'm sure I'm infection free. No, rabies is very rare (the advantage of being an island) and animals arriving here are quarantined which can take many months. Cheese.

Ohai pb! Ai saw your comment about your cat-bitten finger this morning. In case you didn't see my replying comment, you might want to see your doctor about some antibiotic to take for a while to help clear up the finger; cat bites often are infected, but the germs aren't too hard to treat. Apparently rabies is not a high risk in Australia but your doctor would have more up-to-date information about conditions there than I would. Have a happy week!

No worries, Lungdoc. Enid Blyton was a huge part of my early childhood and Noddy and Big-Ears were my favorite characters. By the same author, "Secret Seven" and "Famous Five" adventures were what I craved by grade 4 or 5. Oddly, in the 70's, I think, her Noddy books were withdrawn from libraries because they weren't politically correct in the sanitised climate that evolved for children's books. Eg, Noddy and Big-Ears sharing their bed. Now, they are back on the shelf, I believe. Here's a review that begins, after the pictures, with some of the "questionable content". I had not realised how much censoring had been done by Disney and the like. Oh, how the innocence of childhood is lost when perverted by such as attacked the prolific author, Enid Blyton. Ohai Lungdoc! Hao yoo iz? Ai see a few people having problems with embedding Youtube videos. WP will do it automatically if you copy the URL from the address bar into a line on its own in your comment (must hit return before and after the URL). It doesn't even need the width and height parameters as it always strips them and uses what it needs. If you do put anything else on the line, it will post a blue link instead. Cheese !!

Mutsh betterer tahn yoozing the LOL pages nd anoyings peeplol, eh *wink* ? I clean out the comments from time to time. Teh simplest trik iz to know that it starts with $latex and ends with a "$". To type large text with default colors (black text) try this: $latex \sf Ohai~Lungdoc&s=4$ (The tilde ~ is needed to force a space character. Size 4 is the largest WP supports.) You can write into my blog comments if you like. If you make a mistake, WP will say "Formula does not parse". Cheers.

Thx Lungdoc for the friending. I enjoy making comments and the "play" with others and I certainly try to inject some humour into it. For me, that's the fun part; ror others, the captions are their interest. And some just like to view the LOLs or read the many comments. I think it is interesting that a culture has grown on ICHC (Fail Blog too) where the community do their best to be respectful and even supportive. Nice to meet you, too. PB
