hi Rick, I am well, just needing to rest. I don't know if I mentioned but I have had a lot of surgery and other trauma injuries in my life. They resulted in various compensations and in three scoliosis of my spine. One thing that happened is my eyes focus very differently and there is a lot of tension around the base of my spine. The sacrum is the root of that portion of our nervous system that governs balance, and the eyes are very important parts of how we balance for those who are sighted. All of me has to change in order for the scoliosi to untwist themselves. Frequently my eyes get to a place where I simply should use them much. It is very boring when the best I can do is lie or sit in a darkened room and meditate. I am capable of meditating for hours but when I am through, I want a life. Still, getting nauseous is great incentive to not doing much of anything. I can feel myself getting better...but oh man what a long and hard road I chose. I would stop it now if I could but my autonomic nervous system seems to have chosen no scoliosis and complete musculoskeletal health. I have asked my guides and guardians about it and they say it just "is what it is". My nervous system felt what it was like to be well organized, supported by my skeleton and to have softer, relaxed muscles and decided no amount of discomfort is going to keep me from achieving that state 24/7.

Hi Rick! Don't know if you saw the message making the rounds, but Gwynn has definitely turned the corner. lol...she is awake enough and bored enough to demand company and that is a damn good sign. Thank you for the yummy pie.....one can never have enough pie...except for apparently pecan pie, which our store only seems to stock during the holidays...and they have a gooood one.
heh......"they" over fed me last night Rick and my digestion isn't handling all the apple fiber or the protein. But it was necessary. As soon as I can sleep or go into deep trance i will, because either way I can do deep work on her. Right now.....about all I can do is pattern majik, but I am pretty damn good at it. Do you watch Ghost Hunters at all? Last nights episode had them on Mackinac Island, which is sacred ground to the Manitou and Wendigo. They got a lot of action....all from Manitou and Wendigo trying to interact with them. One EVP session had a loud Whoop sound from a manitiou and the camera that Jason set up before going to bed kept trying to autofocus on "nothing" until finally the Wendigo turned the light on. Jason had to reach across the bed to turn it off. When my housemates first moved in here, I had stopped getting most of the pops and snaps and clicks in mid air, but someone was able to generate enough power to turn the blender on in the kitchen when all of us were in different rooms of the house. Never happened before ....not in the almost 24 years I lived here ...hasn't happened since..though we certainly wouldn't mind.
yip hoot and hurray! not much change in Gwynn yet, but she came around enough to be responsive to Rich....he asked for a kiss and she puckered her lips! we are praying for her docs to listen to Rich and their daughter at the moment...but will be back more deeply at work on her in an hour or so...we hope....otherwise we continue the pattern majiks until I can go deeply shamanic again. pls pass around?

that's a great idea Rick...oh that is so much nicer than writing ra-bh...which I suppose are some sort of innitials? nudge nudge. I am sending Rich an e-mail with the link to the first lol I made so they can just go to the page. There are a lot of messages too....and it looks like a lot of lols sent her. I may just copy the links to an e-mail and try sending that. Rich, I think will get some comfort from reading and looking at them when he gets home from the hospital. I have seen Yahoo do some pretty ugly things when I have tried sending attachments so I can just imagine!
