So she was born in your town. She lived in Burbank and sent a big floral spray to our high school when I went there. She did that to wish us success on our operetta. Another friend worked with her. I told Pat about the time I watched the Martha Raye show - she was on live. When she came out to wrap up the show I heard a noise and the audience tittered. Martha Raye said, "Oh! Pardon Me!" Pat said that nothng embarassed that lady.
