I am definitely a Porsche 911 Targa fan. I quit like Vette's when they changed the style and took the chrome off. My husband and I restored a 1972 Vette three times. I kept wrecking it. Can't drive the suckers...couldn't reach the foot pedals...especially the brake.

I pretty much have my dream car. A SaturnSky. I love it, but along with other things, it's putting me in the poor house.
Different preferences but same reactions. My favorite thing was to jump in my car in Lancaster PA and hit a highway and just go anywhere I wanted...all day. Eat at new places, drive along the waterways, go into Baltimore and see the Chesapeake...whatever. I loved to drive more than anything. Here, you can't go over 45 in any direction. There's only two highways coming into our area and both have enough traffic lights to choke a dinosaur. It takes over 40 minutes to reach a point where you can just fly. Oops! did I say that?
You could co-pilot couldn't you? Then if you had an attack, someone else could be in control for the time it took. But, as you say, money is an issue in everything. Maybe they would split the cost with you if you could find someone who wanted it as badly. And my avatar makes me smile...every day I see it. My other one did too. It is in my Fav under My FP's. It's the one about nobody puts baby in the corner.
I'm sure you do. That kind of freedom would be hard to give up. I guess you can't because of the problems we have discussed. I think it's ok if you talk about your life and if pain is a part of it, then it just is. But a lot of people dwell on it and you and I know the difference. Intelligent people get it when you mention it. Pain is pain. It's hard to misunderstand and immediately, people are compassionate.
Oh, we spell it a whole lot of different ways. She's comfortable with it. So does she. toocat, tookaty, and on and on. Call her anything, but tell her you love her every now and then too. You do know about welovetookat don't you?
As for the pain attack, listen to tookat. She is really, really, really good with helping.

It's a beautiful day here...in the high 60's of all things. In late February. Puts you right in a good mood. I got some collectibles goiong early so I could do some loling around.
You are so right. This is the part I enjoy. I was told one peep gifted 400 yesterday...no way, jose. Two can, but not one.
It was such much more fun when it was AnOldCowhand, SilentWing and me working together and just sending stuff everywhere so fast we couldn't count it. Those were the days. But, as far as collectibles go, those days are gone. Silent Wing is out of it and I refuse to beg anymore, nor will I send a FR anyone just to get their extras. Never did. Some people just lose sight of the fact that it is about them, not us.

I hope those attacks don't come so often they wear you down emotionally too. You are too great a guy. Yes, for me the sucky part of collectibles is over. I stepped down yesterday from the cut-throat begging. I may ask my really good friends who have a bunch, but I'm damn if I'll give new friends a list of names and tell them them to friend them and then beg. And!! Not even give them a c'ball for their efforts! Then, on top of that, claim responsiblity when I finish someone's collection. There are generally a lot of people responsible for getting a whole collection done. Especially now, when we are working people who have nothing. I will continue to gift, but if someone sends me something, that's their decision. It's good to see you have a clean house, so nobody will bother you. I will get back to loling and messing around soon. I did one today of AnOldCowhand. I know you got to know him.

Sherman is very beautiful. I know how you miss him because you know I miss mine. If you submit his picture to scoobysoo, who is a good friend of mine, he will do a candle for him. It might be a month away, but it'll get done. He loves doing it and I just submitted Muff, my first dog that Jimmy killed.

The multiples rule was relaxed two days ago. Of course, they never announced it and people had to hear it from friends. It is why no one has asked you to relay. Or, if they did, they don't know yet. You can send as much as you want to the same person.
I love my little avatar too. I found him when I was developing the whatacharacter site. It only makes avatars for people who want or need them. It was a ton of fun. On the very first day, I sent out over 125 avatars. As you know, I enjoy being busy
