Hi Flyhawk-- I sing at weddings, etc. and have sung with an opera company. BTW -- LOVE Bing Crosby! I was deeply touched you included your baby in Heaven in your family description. I have a baby in Heaven, too. Too often, they are forgotten.
O yeah! Music is like poetry, wind in the trees, caressing the cheek, the idling brook of sweet sounding lift, the quititude of inner peace that prepares us for a long winter. How many times is foul despondency chased away by our favorite tune. And so quickly. I enjoy a variety of different music but have my distinct favorites. Have you heard David Bowie (really) sing Drummer Boy with Bing Crosby? I never realized David had such a luscious voice.
