Dad seems to be doing fairly well considering. He does still need oxygen to keep his sats up out of the 80's, he is unable to walk, and needs total assist for transfer/pivot right now though. I've been on massive doses of corticosteroids (also being treated with antibiotics & nebulizer breathing treatments, and bunches of other stuff) I'm still sick but I am improving. I've been able to function much better. I hate being on steroids but I have to say they are helping, and with some of my other issues too like the rheumatoid arthritis. How's you and your'n? :)

Sometimes playing with lots of passion turns into penalties. I hate it when that happens. It's sloppy play. Wilson was having his way with the Washington D on those runs. Good on ya for sticking with the debris project. It's not fun but it will feel sooo good when you're done. Did you line up the help in clearing it all away? Have fun with your DG tomorrow. My slate is clean for the day. Who knows what kind of trouble I can get into...after a couple of walks.

Sorry about getting back to you so late. What a wonderful follow up story, for a kitty your heart invested in. Thanks, again, for sharing. Annie

The ballroom and hotel look like really nice places. It's cool that it'll be up close and personal, just like it will be at ours. You should splurge on the meet and greet tickets. And you have the Caddies to look forward to next week too! I hope both bands have great attendance. I'm a little worried about Nightwish drawing a big crowd here since rock isn't too popular here right now. Now it's just hip hop and country, both of which I don't like. It's a shame both of your programs went out. Did you lose any files? I h ope not. lol You should take a picture of those pine needle piles. I hope the Seahawks can hang on to win. I didn't think they'd have so much trouble tonight. How was your day? Mine was alright, but super busy trying to get my work done and prepare for the trainees. I got one more than I had been told, so I was kind of scrambling to make another set of copies. Things will probably be really crazy for the next week or so until they can work on their own. Have a great evening and Tuesday :)

Your weekend sounded productive. Had fun with the family, wouldn't recommend the restaurant. ani.

I don't think it's a lap top problem. I think maybe it's the touch screen. I have no mouse, so touching is the only way I have of selecting. Sometimes it works okay but most of the time when I press the I Can Has Animals to get the rest of the menu, the menu appears but doesn't stay up long enough for me to touch it. It's touch and go, I guess you could say. O, ai maed a funee wif dat! Touch and nawt go, aifinkso.

The Bend Pee Wees! Bwahaha! "Soup kitchen" is a good one, too! know what you mean about getting nervous about your 'Hawks, but I really think they'll put on a good show tonight. I do hope they get Harvin more involved. He's so talented, and our fantasy team needs all the help it can get. =) That's interesting about salmon. I hope Bryan catches some nice bright, shiny ones! Yeah, there were a lot of media people vowing to not use the term Redskins any more. I hope they stick to their guns. I'm interested to see how they handle it this evening. Mostly what I'm hearing in the pregame shows is just "Washington". Good!

Hooters? I see what you did there. :-) Any time. Always glad to do my part. There's some kind of trees planted on the property here, but I have no idea what they are. As long as I don't have to rake, I'm good. :-) I heard about that, but haven't seen much news as of late. Some scary stuff. And we're not out of the woods yet. We've got another month before hurricane season is officially over...at least until next year. :-p

Thanks, woman!! And so it goes! :D I am passing this along because I have been watching it every day for at least two weeks. It's amazing how strong his voice is even after all the ways he abused himself for so long. It's best full screen with good headphones. Sir Elton: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vschhZ7TxIM

did I tell you I bought one of those (omg EXPENSIVE) allergy a/c filters? I am itching so much less so i'm sleeping a little better. molly's fur seems to be growing back on her ears(the cortisone was for allergies that were making her rub the fur off her ears) so I don't know if it was the cortisone or the allergy a/c filter helping her too. my gut is telling me if the filter is helping me, it's helping her. she's less grumpy towards dusty though! I guess when you itch all the time(I know this personally) you get annoyed easily. so I really think i'm hearing a lot less hissing and growling and fighting since I switched the filter friday. I know that hasn't been a long time but I feel a big difference. I took dusty to get his claws trimmed today at Petsmart and 2 of the employees there thought he was a Russian Blue *dusty walks in front of you and puffs his chest out proudly* lol I don't know much about pedigree kittehs but I thought those were all grey so the stripes would make him just a regular old kitteh(which is just fine with me) I did wonder about a month ago a little bit

Hope you can catch the cubs when they are awake and active--doesn't last long before sleep overcomes them, but it's really cute! The Seahawks should have an easy game tonight. I won't get to watch it--goes too late for me--but will check the score in the morning.

Ah...makes sense now on the salmon. It helps to have someone who knows what they're doing. It's true that on any given day any nfl team can beat another one...that said...you should feel plenty confident going into tonight's game. How did you do in the yard? Did you treat yourself to something more fun than needle management? I had school first thing this morning and then I mowed lawns. After lawns, I slipped over to Costco to grab a few things and then Becky and I did our second walk. The Giants play at 2:00 so I'll be tuned into that and I'm sure I'll have the Seahawks on tonight. That's a pretty full day with the right ratio of productivity to indulgence...three hours of labor and six hours of watching sports. It's good to be retired.
