Fine, we'll agree to disagree. I'm sure that in most instances, jlandis is a lovely person - I wouldn't have had her on my friends list if I thought otherwise. However, her aggressive behavior in the collectibles program has upset a number of people who wanted to do their share of helping other people to complete sets. It's like with any project that a lot of people are working on - everyone does their part at their own pace, but there were some who thought others weren't moving fast enough or that they weren't doing anything, so they just took over with no warning or questions, BOOM! That happened to me a few times during all this, and as long as it was once in awhile, I could deal with it. But twice in the same week, by two people working closely together and who are *known* for this behavior of stepping on the "lesser helpers"... it pushed me past the point of courtesy and I finally just felt like saying what was frustrating me so much. ... BTW, there's no need to quote my own posts to me - I keep everything, so I am quite aware of what I said. I don't think jlandis is stupid - that's why I said I did NOT think I had to put it in words of one syllable - I thought she *would* have understood.

I do not see anything in the paper trail I am including that indicates to that u intended to 82 that individual totally, all by yourself, with absolutely no help from anyone else. I read that u had some collecties that you personally wanted to gift, not that you had all the collecties that person needed, or u would find all the collecties, and u wanted to be the person to 82 them. She could likely use anything u have extra.
Sylvia, I'm not going to argue. My point is that I never had more than a few people going on at once, and I never played games to get the collectibles. I always asked and offered in good faith. I know some of what has been going on, with some people taking credit for doing *all* or *most* of the scrounging for particular individuals when it's so not true. I've seen accusations of attention-seeking flying around, and it's ludicrous. I tried to stay out of the whole messy thing, but when it happens twice in one week that my arrangements have been totally wrecked because somebody else just HAD to jump into a situation that was already under control and nearly finished... I just got completely fed up with the whole thing. Yes, you've been very generous, time and again, and I do sincerely appreciate that. I mentioned you because I didn't know for sure which of you had stepped in where you weren't needed. I should have thought it was obvious, when I asked for suggestions as to who to help, that I wanted to get the suggested people to Club 82. If I'd just wanted to get rid of the items, I'd have sent them to jlandis and forgotten about them. I TOLD BOTH OF YOU that I wanted to do this personally, and why. She chose not to honor that, and that's why I am pissed off, fed up, unfriended her, and very upset at all the stupid passive-aggressive BULLSH*T going on. Yes, it's wonderful to get as many people as possible to Club 82. But it's also important to not step on other peoples' toes to do it. You and jlandis have stepped on a hell of a lot of toes, Sylvia. It hurts. And I am not going to take it anymore.
I saw the exchange between u and jlandis cross my DB and I thought u were rather rude when intimating she was stupid and needed words of one syllable in order to understand anything u said. Since u mentioned me in ur msg in terms of having access to hundreds of extras. I might remind u I was very open at the start of this that I had hundreds of coins at my disposal because I had just bought 200 coins for my main profile the day before they ended sales. I had over 120 in my AD account and another 60 at my disposal in DrTC, KSO and 1st fps. I used them very sparingly and pounded the beat as u, jlandis and many others have done to ferret out the extras to make many personal fills of my frens and help out the various collectives at the time rather than spend coins I knew would be needed at the end to buy the rares. And just like ICHC helped NcCharmer by giving her 9000 collecties to disperse, towards the end they have gifted me with coins to help the other collectives 82 peeps. I have helped u several times both at ur request and at my offer with as many as 20 once to help u out. My goal has always been to 82 peep by whatever means, by me personally or through others. As far as Peregrin. I checked her DB all the way back to Jan both incoming and outgoing and saw nothing to her or from her that anyone was helping her. And it is obvious she does not delete msgs and has hardly been on here. I asked u several times if u were working on anyone that u needed help with. The last time u did not even respond. That would have been the time to tell me u were filling Peregrin. She does wonderful work with the Underground Railroad Rescue organization that relays rescue kittehs to their forever home by relays, sometimes over a 1000 miles. She herself adopted a URR kitteh. I was not going to let her last 22 collecties go unfilled. So if u want to call that "scooping" u, so be it. I just care about the fact that she now has 82 sets.

Do you have any suggestions as to who can use the couple of dozen items I suddenly have extras of? If so, have him/her send me a FR, please.

It's called Collect All The Things developed by fbastage and he has done an excellent job setting up the site. I's really easy to register. Really is cool. Sending u the URL. Get a collectie a day and once u finish the current set u have a chance to collect older ones. We are still coming up with ideas on how later peeps have more of a chance to fill in some of the older sest. Also creative side is designing collecties for the set that was voted for the most the previous week. Think we are working on the 5th set now since it started. We're getting close to the end of the collecties. Jlandis is still helping me with cataff and has some peeps left too. It has been a very long road! I know - everyone has been fustrated but a lot of peeps are ineracting with Ben now to provide constructive ideas. Katkabob has the great idea of doing instruction LOLs to provide tips on how to navigate around and workarounds for some features that are still missing.
It's been taken care of. How u doing - still working on filling some peeps?

We have the same goal - get peeps that want it to 82. Makes them happy, makes u happy, makes me happy :) Just the "S" cuz that's the initial of my first name so I figured why not and I already had a lot from donations to KSO.
You didn't specify how many u need of what so why don't we do it this way. U tell me what 20 u need and I will buy them for u. No point really, except on 15 Apr all I want in my collectie profile is 1 of everything and my momento Laundry Baskets and I'ts an "S". Just a quirk that I want a clean profile. A lot of peeps may not mind the extras they have. So to me, when I transfer stuff on 14 Apr that no one wants or needs by then, I don't really care what profile it goes into as the game is over forever the next day. And I don't plan to transfer til the 14th in case someone wants or needs the extras I have.
Ur welcome. I do not know how many peeps u are trying to fill and have been assuming u are finding what u need but EDing that is not the case. What is ur most pressing need that u cannot find? And I would like to clarify something about my Echo Point msg. Come 14 Apr, not everybody on ICHC with extra collecties is frens with NcCharmer to send her everything they have if they want a clean board. Nor would I ask other peeps to spend time relaying stuff to her. Nor was it a request that peeps send everything to Echo right now, but 13 and 14 Apr is when I plan to clear my board. And some of us are still looking for special momento collecties to pass to our frens that she may not be frens with even if she has dozens of that item.
