Catching up with your voting messages. Way to go - always a way around stoopy rules :) The EU is an interesting organization. It has had its ups and downs but geneally seems to be working OK. Enough so that the old Eastern Bloc countries all wanted to join so here must be some advantages to it. How ar Ozzy and Miep doin?
*bz* Don't we ALL! :) Glad you like it. Ai just returned from doing my civic duty/public dis-obedience: We had elections for teh european parliament today, and all other eu counrties will do so too coming days. The eu has forbidden our little country to publicise these polls beefore sunday 25th, when all other elections have been held. They're afraid we might induce anti-european feelings with our (probable) vote-outcome. So a rebel weblog called GeenStijl.nl has appealed to their readers (over 2200 reacted!!!) to go to their poling-stations, just beefore closing time, vote if desired (not mandatory) and sit and wait during counting and report the results online, so they can bee published NAO!!! We won't bee told what (not) to do by "europe"!!! :P
