Thank you! Congrats to you on your swimming owl FP. I made a gif of that over the weekend and was going to use it for the Gif-Together, but some buzzy insect beat me to posting it. LOL! I hope that owl got out of the water okay. Once their feathers get thoroughly wet, they can't fly, and I don't know how long they can stay afloat.

I pay $140 a month for insurance which has a $3000 deductible, which means I also pay all medical costs until I have paid out $3000 before any payment from insurance begins. Your country definitely has the advantage when it comes to health care.

By ToolBee on Nov 20, 2014 at 6:21 PM

...and road taxes, and taxes on cars and more cartax not to mention BTW(VAT)... car prices: a nice normal Mazda 3 sedan 2.0l starts @ $16.700, here at 22k euros, times 1.25, wud bee 27kdollars! LOL how much do you pay in health-insurance (base) a month?

By cataff on Nov 20, 2014 at 6:06 PM

Gasoline prices have been falling here for several months, and just his morning I paid $2.60 a gallon. We all know this won't last but are enjoying it while it lasts. I know gasoline prices in your country and other European countries are terribly high.

By ToolBee on Nov 20, 2014 at 5:55 PM

*bzz* Here Gas(oline), nawt gas (LPG) or cowpoo, just went down a bit to almost 1.85 euros a liter, dat bee 7 euros a gallon, times 1.25 makes 8 dollers 75 cents a gallon, thank you... How much do you pay nao?

By cataff on Nov 20, 2014 at 5:49 PM

No, it wasn't efficient, but gas was 32 cents a gallon. I know we need to clean up the planet, but it's taking a lot of fun away from us.

By ToolBee on Nov 18, 2014 at 7:23 PM

Ai bet dat 200 ci wuzzent as efficient as dat "engine-of-the-year". :) Here in Teh Netherlands almost all new cars sold are kwipt wiff small eco enjins, or hybrids or electric due to taxreductions... It's estimated every "green" car sold/leased costs us taxpayers a whopping 160.000 euros in subsidees/taxrebates/co2-emission-mumbo-jumbo-deals! Pleh! Ai wanno V8! Or V10! :P (BMW M5/ Porsche Carrera GT...) *sigh*

By cataff on Nov 18, 2014 at 6:11 PM

The standard '65 Stang had a 200 c.i. @ 120 h.p. Hers was not standard--289 c.i. @ 225 h.p. (four barrel carb). Her dad was a police officer, and we didn't dare use that horsepower very much.

By ToolBee on Nov 18, 2014 at 5:58 PM

*bz* I'll take his "old" fiesta... ;P btw The "stang" is,as of nao, for sale, for teh bery furst tiem, here too via teh ford dealers! Wiff a 2.3 ecoboof 4 cylinder... Mebbe they'll slab dat 1.0 3-cyl innit too! :O 125HP! Dunno wut a 60s standard ponycar deliverd...
