mmm MMM mmm the cake sounds yummy. I know a woman who is allergic to orange rind and so she can't have regular oranges because there is no way to peel an orange without contaminating it with orange zest - but she can have canned mandarins. After she told me that I always think of them as miracle fruit. Happy Easter! {hugs}
