Thank you for that...it doesn't make me feel any better about it. Did you see the one I was talking about? It's still sitting on his dashboard. That's why I don't visit the other site - this sort of thing is rampant. For even further heartbreak, I went through the list of people who faved the thing three months ago (when it apparently hit the comixed FP) and found it had been added to the favorites of another good friend. I have his email addy and will discuss it with him privately. So sad, so frustrating...I will never tell someone what they can or can't like, or how they're supposed to think or feel but there are somethings I can't tolerate. Racism is one of them. Awesome stuff about Misty! Our Rita, rescued from the pound, had a real problem her first couple years with us - her previous owner was apparently abusive because if we moved our hands too quickly she would freak out and run away. She still flinches but has learned this is not a hurty household. Even when she bites all that happens is I lay my finger on top of her head. I sure would like to find that former owner so I could teach them the real meaning of cringe. *grrr*

I've not heard anything more. Bless her, checking in here is probably the last thing on her mind right now. All we can do is keep on praying for the best.
I thought I might have her addy but have checked all my files and have come up empty. This news has greatly saddened me - I hate it when the worst things happen to the best people and she - and her hubby by loving association, of course - absolutely among the best. Let's keep on sending out those beems to them; right now it's the best we can do.
