Yes, there is quite the mind pool out here. I've always admired quick-witted individuals, so that's alother reason that I'm finding ICHC so addictive. I love scifi - ditto the veggie burger - with a big helping of fantasy. I can't imagine that we'll ever get thru all of the lolz that we want to see. But, then again, we'll never run out and the fun will go on.

Hey, us newbies gotta stick together. And I'm glad you like my lolz. Still going thru yours and I like what I see (but I bet I told you that already!). Isn't ICHC the best site ever?

Tnx for friending with me. I'm still a newbie with lots to learn, but I do know that I like your lolz - especially the Dinosaur Walk! Can't wait to cruise thru the rest.

Trust me - I would rather have the tom cat than squirrells who ravage my avocado tree and kids who loiter outside my house all the time. I think I will get around to "nerdy" soon.

Thanks. I'm glad you're enjoying my LOL's. Ray Walston did do it before Leonard Nimoy and when I saw "Trek" for the first time, Spock made me think of Uncle Martin. By the way, my sister met Ray Walston when her friend had a part on the show. He spoke with her and the last thing he said was, "Take off that poncho - it looks like a bedspread! And who the (bleep) cut your hair?". Her hairdresser was with her.

Re birds there's more: I once found a little blue heron by the swimming pool and two peafowl showed up at a friend's house. My duck picture I took when I found him in my pool. Mallards come to my pool once in a while.

Hi, Yalana, Burbank has wild animals - two legged as well as four legged. I'm talking about gang activity. I want to split and move to Ventura, but I love Burbank. I hope I see Jay Leno someday. The other day he was at a grade school near my house talking to some little kids. Sometimes I see raccoons at night - they're so cute and they get rid of the bugs. We also have coyotes, deer and possums and interesting birds such as ravens, hawks scrub jays, etc.

I once heard that if confronted by a rapist a woman should pick her nose because it revolts the attacker and totally derails their intent, but with those guys it might be seen as a mating ritual. Isn't it strange when u end up someplace and settle in, then one day look around and think "How the f$&k did I end up here?"
