Yes, I was prepared to dismiss it as merely annoying, but the remarks about riots hit me - there has been a lot of senseless damage and looting within a mile of my home and the more serious damage and loss of life and injury saddened me. I'll see what others say. I wish PB wasn't away! He is a good guide to what is right, I think.
Hmmm...that's a tough one. The line between harrassing and just being annoying is pretty thin. I thought it was just annoying up until that remark about the riots. I can see the cheese's point though, he hasn't threatened and sometimes the remark is directed to someone else (or just tossed into the general conversation). He does seem to address it to you more than to anyone else. I really don't know what the answer is, except to continue the NPT policy and hope that he'll get tired of being ignored.
Do you think that the troll's behaviour amounts to harassment? The reply from the cheezes says he has not broken any of the site guidelines, but Puddy_tat pointed out that one of the rules is that other users should not be harassed.
I have got fed up with ignoring him - the thing on the Fite teh Pawer was the last straw and I have reported him to the cheezes - nothing will happen till they open the office tomorrow. I think it is just a jerk, trying to rouse me to retaliate - which I will not do! The tissue box comment is the first I have seen that was not directed at me, so perhaps he is getting tired of me not getting back at him!
D'OH! *face palm* I'm sorry, I sent that last message based on what I saw on that one vid thread. Then I went back to look at some of the older lols and saw that awful, unfeeling remark to you on the 'Fight the Pawer' thread. Has this doofus been reported?
Ohai anni! For what its worth (prolly not much) 'leaf' guy was at it again this morning, I don't think it is directed at you, you hadn't commented on the vid (tissue box kitteh). It wasn't posted as a reply to anyones comment, just kind of there in the middle of the comments. I have no idea why or what he gets out of doing it but I really don't think it is directed at anyone in particular. Have things calmed down in London? I sure hope so.

He has been asking me to 'leaf' for about 2 weeks now. OK, I suppose I am pretty high profile, but it is getting very boring and I long to tell him what he can do with himself - only I think it is physically impossible!
I've seen the remark from 'him' a couple of times, during the party for DrGizmo it turned up in the middle of a nest. I shouldn't have reacted to it I guess but honestly I didn't realize it was trolling being directed at anyone in particular. I try to reply to new folks when they post so they will be encouraged to participate, sometimes a troll sneaks one over on me! Definitly NPT time for that guy!
I don't know why Ernest T Bass keeps telling me to 'leaf' - I've not done anything to upset him as far as I know. I'm reluctant to report him to the cheezes, but he is beginning to get mildly irritating - not to mention repetitive!
