Thanks for the Easter wishes! And the post on my 'blind' LOL! I tried to reply to it, but they needed the signup process. I don't do Facebook, so..... Your Silvertoes is gorgeous!! CUA always shares photos when he gets back from seeing you. He seems like a really nice guy. :-)
My current Avatar actually is a luverly Applehead colorpoint on the central Calif coast by the name of "KokoPALli! I am still staying up in N Santa Barbara county, in a lovely house, green terrain/ecosystem,, far cooler than my home in Altadena; still planning to create beautiful film art for the world here with this utterly sweet woman I met in 2012! Her health has undergone frightening interruptions but she refuses to cave to that shite; me too. Always I offer my expansive SUPPORT! For her and for YOU all here on ICHC!!!
Awww, it sounds like she was a wonderful kitty and friend. I have two cats now, and neither like to be held. I miss my previous cat Ko-Ko, a Siamese. He was like a stuffed Teddy Bear. He loved to be held, loved to ride on your shoulder, and he was happy as long as he was with me. I lost him in 2007, and still miss him terribly. So very sorry for your loss. Sounds like he ended up at the right home!!
Wow, nice idea, but I would have a really hard time with that personally. I think I'd rather just 'remember'. I've lost both parents now, and if I would hear their voices now, that would just be too hard to take. But if you can deal with that, it will be nice memories for you someday. So that will be nice for you. Hope things go as smooth as possible for her... and you!
Hi... been wondering where you are hiding! Thanks for the froggie compliment. Everyone seems to like that one. Who is BFF KSM? So sorry about their illness. What kind of Cancer? It's scary, every time you turn around you know somebody that has it. One of my best friends had it and beat it, (ovarian) and I lost my Dad to it. (Lymphoma) Luckily, he was 80 when he died, and his death was quick, so we were grateful for that. Tough seeing a loved one suffer. Hope you are well! All is fine here! Hugs!
So nice to hear from you! Sounds like you are keeping busy. My best client had to put one of her cats to sleep recently. I cried for an entire day!! People don't think about their pet sitters mourning when something like that happens. I will really miss that cat. But.... I have two of my own too, they keep the smile on my face!! You take care now.... oh, and I see he is back. Hurray!
