Continued - (without 'resizing' it any further) into place and align it exactly over the first "base" text. Click to the side of the text box to remove it from view and check the alignment of the letters/colors, if need be, click on the text to open the text box again and make any changes/adjustments until it looks the way you want to. Somebody made a "tutorial" a long time ago, I'll try and make one when I have the time, because it is an involved, detailed process, because you have to "make" the text boxes in the demonstration LOL so people can see the entire process in order. I hope that helps. *HUGZ* Merry Christmas!!
Thank you very much, and Merry Christmas to you! *HUGZ* Ok, how to do two tone lettering, well, first of all, you need to be using the "Advanved Builder" and the 'text box'. You can use one of the thought or voice balloons for the first/"base" color, too but you have to use the text box for the second color. You can use either the 'Impact' or 'Comic Sans' font. You do your first text lines normally, preferably with the "outline", but it can be without, the key is for the second color, you need to use "outlined", at least that's the only way it's worked for me. When you have your "base" or first text ready (whether it's text only, or in a voice/thought 'balloon'), then you type or cut and paste the exact same size of text again in the 'text box', (and you can ONLY do one line at a time), then you move the 'bottom' (gray line) of the box up until it is halfway over the letters, then very carefully move the whole text box (without 'resizing' it any further) into place and align it exactly
Make that "belong to", not "belong too". Ren Faires are different from SCA, they tend to incorporate aspects of fantasy/Hollywood myths/real mixed with assumption, whereas the SCA strives to research and re-create historically accurate re-enactments of the Middle Ages, including clothing, foods, tents, and many other aspects, too many to list, it's a lot of fun, but can be hard work, too!
Hon, I think you're taking the "My Websites" too literally, that's just the main website of the group I belong too, it represents mainly the North American groups (US & Canada), though there are also international groups, as well. The min website and any pictures on it are far removed from the level of groups that I am normally involved with. I don't have any websites that are actually "mine", though.
In what 'SCA pictures'? That's kind of a loaded/complex question. I have been in some pictures from SCA events. I go to the monthly SCA Baronial Council meetings, we meet at the local Sizzler. I sometimes go to Fighter Practices to watch and have my first aid kit handy, and I also go to our A&S and 'Thingmakers' nights, too. I only go to a couple events per year due to health and costs.
Yeah, for once I'm classifying it as it is, 'up late' - I went to a picnic/social get-together with a bunch of our SCA/Medieval Re-enactment group, but we didn't wear garb or have it as an officially-scheduled event, it was just "show up, have some good food with good friends, and maybe throw some water balloons" day. Of course with the heat and my health, after a long day and the tear-down afterwards, by the time I got home, I was WIPED OUT! I ended up just having a few PB&J sandwiches (for some reason, that sounded better than anything else) and passing out until about midnight. Though after I check a few more messages, I'm going back to sleep, that's how tired I am still!
