Yeah..if being born to incredibly rich parents is something anyone can "aspire" to. With the vogue of the phrase "first world problems" I still think we need a phrase for the next step up like "red carpet problems." something better than that but with that idea in mind.

I guess I find it really hard to find even a smidge of empathy for people who's sole claim to fame is...being famous. As far as I can see, they have no talent, they're shallow, trite and completely irresponsible. It's like Paris Hilton being "famous" because of her name. The whole "reality" business is such a waste of time. And the sad part is that young girls grow up and think that's something to "aspire" to. What a loss.

I find the Kardashians incredibly boring. I think this has something to do with the fact that I don't have any urge to bang a Kardashian. Probably if I did, I would find them "interesting." I will say I thought it was mean of the president to criticize the one. Because maybe she voted for him. Maybe she looks up to him. And then the whole nation feels it's okay to ridicule her. Probably not a coincidence she divorced right after. Her hubby was probably like "Man, even the president thinks your ass is lame!" So she has a little empathy from me. Even though generally very beautiful, very wealthy, seemingly shallow people rarely get my "empathy vote." lol
