It is so good to see that, though it's a slow road, you are getting better! I can't imagine how tough this is for you but you keep workin' at it, okay? Baby steps are great! Congrats on the no cigarettes yet...I know personally how tough that one is! Stay away from smokers and smoky rooms too...it's the same as smoking. Hang in there Honey...get plenty of rest and nutrition and keep takin' those baby steps. You'll make it! SO ossim to hear from you! (((HUGS)))
