Yay!!! thank you so much for going that extra mile. Uh, I'll take anything else you can send now that you are an expert. The way you did that is the fast way. Once it says it is successful, close it, click on it and you can send. Fastest way there is. I truly, truly appreciate that and some lucky friend is going to REALLY appreciate it.
Try this...if you are willing, of course. Click on it and instead of the present, click on the microscope on the far right. It takes you to another screen. Click on and it will take a minute to load then type my name in and send. See if that helps.
