I KNOW! I loved the ending too, there's this one person who bitched about how bad the last two books were and how much the ending sucked. She pointed out things in the books, like how he killed Voldemort with a spell he learned in second year. All I could think of was, dude, that's called FORESHADOWING and the fact that he "killed" Voldemort with a disarming spell instead of a killing curse was a way to keep Harry true to his character and not truly become a killer, which leaves his soul intact which is now finally and totally HIS. I probably should have typed all that in response but I was just so done at that point. OMG, LOVED your shipping caption today!!!!!

Yeah, personally I don't care much if HP won any Oscars, I just get sick of the people here talking about how much HP sucked and how the ending sucked. My bf though said that the Oscars were intentionally snubbing HP because it wasn't an American film. Perhaps he's right.
It got baftas and seeing as they are brittish films, i think they are happy with that. The baftas are huge here.

When Hermione finally kissed Ron in the book I was like FINALLY!!!!!!!!!! I was kind of like that the first time I read about the first kiss between Harry and Ginny but the more I thought about it, the more I felt kinda weirded out by it. The next time I read the book (I've read them all SEVERAL times) and they kissed after the Quidditch game, it was like seeing in the movie, I just said EEEEEEEEEEEEWWWW!!!!!!! I dunno, I think maybe the fact that he was obsessed with Draco the ENTIRE time and NOT Ginny kind set my thoughts in a different direction. :oP
I feel bad that the Slytherins get such a bad rap, I mean they didn't stay and fight but I have my doubts that they ALL went and fought with the Death Eaters, I think a lot of them just wanted to go home. Romione was great but the whole Ginny and Harry thing . . . I was just like . . . ew-ew-ew-ew, it was almost worse than the Voldemort hug. Def needed LOTS more Drapple! :P
There is a deleated scene of the slytherins escaping the dungeon. I loved Romione in that movie!!!!!! Not enough Drapple though lol
Yeah, she was annoying but I dunno, I feel like there were enough people dead that they really didn't have to kill off anyone else. I heard the actor that played Crabbe was also arrested for making a bomb that he had intended to use during the London riots. Oh well, at least Blaise didn't die, I think the only reason I kind of like him is because I've read A LOT of fics with him in it, weird really. My bf saw it with me and when he saw Lucius he was like DAAAAAAMN, he's not loooking too good these days. I was displeased with putting the Slytherins away, I mean I like that all the people that were underage or didn't want to fight could leave in the book but they didn't do that in the movie which I think they should have.
FINALLY saw Deathly Hallows 2 . . . SO EPIC. On the whole I was quite pleased with it but was annoyed with the little inaccuracies. I can't believe they showed that goblin being roasted by that dragon. And although Griphook betrayed them, I don't think he deserved to die. Greyback killing Lavender Brown? What's up with that? And what was with Blaise being there, I mean it was like Blaise actually replaced Goyle and Goyle replaced Crabb what with starting the fire and DYING! Though I was glad that Snape got more lines as he died, like Dobby did, I always thought he should say more. And you were right about Draco going over to the Death Eaters, I like the fact he didn't actually go until his parents called out to him. Was it me or did Draco look like he was going to cry in every scene he was in? I thought the 19 years later could have been longer though, they cut it a bit short. And if Tom Felton's gf had to play Astoria, she could have at LEAST worn a BLONDE wig. And Bonnie and Dan did not need to share that brief kiss, they have NO chemistry and it shows, every time they have some sort of "moment" it looks stiff and REALLY awkward. I would also have like to have seen the Ravenclaw common room. Oh, I could just go on forever, sorry, can't help it.

Okay, so I was telling my mother about Pottermore and told her about all this stuff that I learned about McGonagall and her life when she grew up and before she worked at Hogwarts and while she was working there and it was all very interesting and I was just wanting to share it with some one. She interrupts me in the middle of what I'm telling her and says that she thinks I'm getting too much into Harry Potter (well, that train left the station LONG ago, believe me) and I asked her what she was talking about and she's like, you're talking about these characters like they're real people. Now I ask you, what is that about, just telling you a character's background and all of sudden you think I'm delusional or something? Did I deserve that?

Although, I've heard that it's six am British time as well but it was set up at six am here as well, it's very confusing, maybe they set up for different time zones?
Just be up at six AM American eastern time and go to pottermore and follow directions. Simple, yet complex.
OMG, I got to register early for Pottermore, I have to wait until I get my "acceptance letter" email before I can log in so it may take a few weeks before I can really get in but OMG, I'm so EXCITED! It was kind of complicated to get the early registration though.
So happy right now, I have an HP widget calendar on my computer that I've had since the end of December last year. It's just a character and the date and what day it is, the character changes every month. Well, I check the character after midnight and it's DRACO! Happiness! I have a whole month of having him on my desktop . . . hehehe. So, I'm just waiting for an opportunity to see the movie, been so busy lately. Hope I get to see it soon.

I think I was just mainly disappointed with that scene but it still looks amazing. I can't wait to see it. Tell ONE thing, did they include the part where Pansy tries to get people to grab Harry and everyone turns their wand on her or did they leave it out?
Aw man, but I saw that part where Draco goes to the Dark Lord, that is SO NOT FRIGGIN' COOL!!! I mean, I get it, they make changes in the film but that was UNNECESSARY! See, now that scene is going to bug me until I see the movie, then it will probably bug me after that. GRRRR!
