Same here. If sumbunny tried to rapture me, I'd be kicking an' screaming, and cussing a bloo streek! I iz a loyal minion of Basement Cat, which will prolly get me in a lotta trubble wif the Tea Party an alla rest of the Troo Beleevers. They haven't taken over completely. YET. but there's a lotta subversive xian action going on in Washington and elsewhere. Has been for decades. Scary. (When I was young and fearless, I wanted to emigrate to Oz SO much! Too late now, but one of my classmates and her husband moved to Cairns about 20 years ago. I envy them.)

I had a pen friend in Bondi Beach when I was in high school, and then, 50 years ago, I worked with a couple of Aussies in Holiday On Ice...a slo-mo gymnastic comedy act called "The Maxwells." THEY were quietly bonkers. (I also toured with a unit of Holiday that starred Pat gregory...SHE was NOT weird! Charming lady. Fabulous skater.
