Nah JimZ, you are not the dark cloud. They already sent the lawyers at us, and our house was to be sold at auction in January. I spent all day on the phone with them about 5 days before the sale date and convinced them to take another look at re-doing the mortgage somehow. Well, they agreed to look at the options, but I haven't heard anything since...and nothing from the lawyers either. I know it's just postponing the inevitable but for now I'm looking on the bright side. (Kitties do help!) {{hugs}} for you!
