All the expense was a major reason and my health is so bad I need major pain meds to get through the day. I wouldn't drive with that in my system but when I skipped them I couldn't walk around even to get fill in food items. I have a home care worker who helps clean and drives me,to the store (or vet) 2x a week. At least I have the help for NOW. Walker discontinued the program first of 2017 and nobody including his own staff have a clue to what happens to people like me.
Ten inches is INSANE! AND didn't they call for a mild winter? That's one of the conundrums of living in Wisconsin.. stay put and let them plow around you, or barge through the drifts and try to make it out of the parking lot!!!!! As a fellow cheesy head, I have great sympathy for you!! I have 2 or 3 friends still in the far suburbs of Milwaukee (speaking of insanity) and they were,VERY grumbly when they got 4" I hope you and Black you are well set for provisions (maybe for the season! Here in Eau Claire we don't have any snow at ALL yet and I am very grateful! Sold the car last year and have been questioning that, but not anymore!
