I hadn't thought of adding vanilla to the pastry...interesting...it doesn't take much encouragement for me to try vanilla as I'm a fan. I'll have to give that a shot.
I guess I'm going to have to be sensitive to the time difference if I'm going to try to be slick and slip in a pearler reference. I'll do better next time ;^) I wouldn't dream of shooting the messenger for sub-par results. I'd just take it as a learning experience. Your recipe is very similar to the base I've worked off but the cooking times are quite different. Mine calls for a straight 400 for 25-30 minutes. How many servings do they have in mind for large/small puffs. My recipe says 12 puffs but when I write it for friends I say 12 small puffs or 6 worthy ones. Go big or go home, right?

Good for u! I had offered at the start when someone was looking into the pay pal thing to safely make donations. By the time was able to get on line again in Sunriver after inerwebs borked there, I was amazed at the response and that he had enough. Peeps are so generous. Enjoy the vino :) I'm going to hit the Book Club and do some sorting I promised to do and KSO to do the same. KK LOLs have been ossum and I am many pages behindon sorting those.
