There was only supposed to be one vote there to convey that I was wishing that your knee would be better, soon and permanently. Having that medical knowledge really can come in handy. My brother was an EMT for a time and helped out at many an accident he stumbled upon. Hmmm...that's potentially sad to speculate about Roxie's litter. Since there's no way of knowing let's just believe that they all found their way into wonderful homes just like Roxie did. There are lots of caring people in the world so it's entirely possible. That's better than assuming any of the gloomier possible outcomes. The beach in Carmel was very, very nice. It was great weather and there are always friendly, happy woofers there. It's so good you just expect the government to call a halt to it.
If u use convo view to compose ur mss like I do, u have to remember to copy and paste it to the main profile. despite my knowing that I did it the other day myself ) But can recover it by usingthe bac browser button at least. Nope, ew house in a new town. But now we are onyl 20 minutes away from son and gkids so it was a very good move. We moved MIL from assisted living in WA to here and she is loving it also. I bet that was an interesting experience to watch her surgery. Whenever we've had a femael kiteh spayed, the vet always says, to make sure she takes it easy - rly? If they are still half kittens, they do not know how to take it easy :) Glad to hear about ur knee, exept of course that it still hurts. Is there anything else they can do to alleviate the pain>. Oh m,y absolutely NO worries on a bdy card! i missed quite a fewof my frens's also with moving and settling in. We all understand that RL often must take first place and we catch up when we can. Yes, I fervently agree that this coming year has to be better than the last! O yes, please send any rescue and adoption stories to 1TeamKSO
"Rescue Stories" should go to 1TeamKSO...and are ongoing...At first I had thought of them as a Kamp Kuppykakes "event" which was kind of short-sighted ...they so inspire all of us and we do indeed rescue not only our fur babies but each other as well...
I know and ty so much for his beautiful message. I know like with kids we shouldn't have favorites but he was my snuggle-muffin. when I went in the kitchen he'd just up on the counter(not my favorite thing but I couldn't break him of it when he was little) and he'd rub faces with me and headbonk me. he loved sitting on my lap so much that as soon as he saw me headed for sitting down he'd run full speed and be sitting on my lap as soon as I was sitting down.
I'm sorry you took the time to write me a message only to have the stoopy convo page eat it. I don't know why ICHC refuses to fix that mess. It's totally aggravating, and I've done the same thing you did. I look forward to your message when you are ready to write again. Hugs, Brenda
Part 2 My babies are fine having a great time chasing each other and watching the wildlife in the back yard. I put a few banana chips on the back deck so they can see the squirells close up. I know what you mean about leaving the kitties home without you. My daughter is going away for a few days and Rocky sits by the window at night waiting for her to come home from work. He has a sad if shes late. Give my best to your babies and a special hug to Roxie. Is she wearing a cone. I hate those things. BTW you may have to wear a cone after your surgery I did.
Yes I know all about the 4 + weeks in a rehab facility. Do you have stairs in your apartment. Do you have someone to take you to therapy and get your groceries. Does visiting nurse offer PT at home in your area. They cant make you stay in a facility but it would be easier if you had someone to do a few things for you at home. Did you have a scope and now they want to do a replacement. What happened tto Roxie.
